Our laser machines use CNC to laser cut a programmed pattern into your material. The affected material vaporizes, melts, and is blown away by a jet of gas. Our laser machines guarantee a high-quality surface finish. And unlike machine tooling, a laser beam doesn’t wear out.
Our M.A.R.C.H (Multi Axis Rapid Cincinnati Handling System) 360 system is an evolution in laser automation and lights out operation. It offers fast cycle times and expandability in both material size and material storage.
This process uses a press to force a tool, called a punch, through your sheet to make a hole.
This quick and efficient process allows us to create multiple shaped holes. It’s also the most inexpensive method for mid-to-high-volume projects.
