SUMMARY
Keeps office and building exterior in clean, sanitary, and orderly condition by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Internal:
Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, stairways, cafeteria, private offices, conference rooms, common areas, and other assigned work areas.
Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor.
Cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
Dusts furniture and equipment. Polishes metalwork.
Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork. Washes windows, door panels, restroom partitions, and sills.
Empties and sanitizes wastebaskets.
Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
Replenishes bathroom supplies. Replaces light bulbs.
Delivers messages. Transports small equipment or tools between departments. Sets up tables and chairs in meeting areas.
Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
Assists in cleaning of production area as requested.
External:
Prunes shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth or remove damaged leaves, branches, or twigs.
Sprays lawn, shrubs, and trees with fertilizer, herbicides, and insecticides. Rakes and bags or burns leaves.
Cleans grounds and removes litter.
Shovels snow from walks and driveways.
Spreads salt on public passage ways to prevent ice buildup.
Plants grass, flowers, trees, and shrubs. Waters lawn and shrubs.
Repairs fences, gates, walls, and walks. Paints fences and outbuildings.
Cleans out drainage ditches and culverts.
Sharpens tools such as weed cutters, edging tools, and shears.
Makes minor repairs on equipment such as snow removal equipment.
All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

QC Inspector
Purpose of this position is to analyze all materials/products throughout our facility ensuring accuracy and conformity to company documented requirements.
Applicants should have experience in previous inspection activity, corrective action follow-up, first article documentation and previous training in inspection techniques (including calipers, CMM and micrometers).
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED is required, strong blueprint reading skills, basic inspection skills, ability to pay attention to detail, good shop math and reading comprehension skills, be quality conscious and a self-starter.
The right candidate will be productive and respected by all levels of co-workers. They must be able to successfully work independently and also as a team member. Must be able to take direction.
A good attendance history (reliability) and a demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and skills is a must.

Essential Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting & Financial Control
- Lead month-end close and prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements
- Own cost accounting, including job costing, WIP, and inventory valuation
- Manage AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and internal controls
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Analyze margins using standard costing and variance analysis
Manufacturing & Operations Finance
- Partner with operations on manufacturing finance, labor efficiency, utilization, and margins
- Support pricing, quoting, and operational decision-making
- Maintain and improve ERP system processes
- Develop KPI reporting and management dashboards
Insurance, Compliance & Corporate Filings
- Oversee insurance programs, including coordination with brokers, renewals, certificates, and claims support
